Material is stretchable for a snug, comfortable fit. Upper calf and ankle measurements are full circumference — simply measure around the leg to find the right size. Ages are a guide; use measurements to choose the fit.

How to measure for Alpha Skins shin guards: measure around the upper calf below the knee and around the ankle above the ankle bones. Keep the tape level and snug without squeezing.
