Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

This policy covers:

  • Faulty, damaged or defective items
  • Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law
  • Goodwill size exchanges (one-time exchange only, subject to availability)
  • Sale items, promotional purchases and price-adjustment rules

Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing sales@alphaskins.com.au.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, at our discretion, we may offer a one-time size exchange for unworn items returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for a size exchange, products must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Clean and free from marks, odours or damage
  • Returned in their original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage and re-shipping costs associated with goodwill size exchanges.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
