At Alpha Skins, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and at a fair price. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timeframes, costs, and how shipping works within Australia.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and rural areas.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping prices may change if Australia Post updates their rates.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders of $100 AUD or more.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary based on your location.

Metro areas typically deliver faster.
Remote or rural locations may take longer.
Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Parcels can be tracked using the Australia Post tracking portal.

6. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs may apply.
If Australia Post leaves a card, your parcel may be held at your local Post Office for collection.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Email us at sales@alphaskins.com.au as soon as possible.

Include your order number
Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will investigate and assist with locating the parcel or lodging a claim with Australia Post.

8. Shipping During Promotions

From time to time, Alpha Skins may offer free or discounted shipping during special promotions or campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas Pre-Sale).

These offers will be clearly displayed on our website. Standard shipping rates apply when promotions are not active.

9. Important Notes

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or severe weather. If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected
