We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and rural areas.
International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary based on your location.

  • Metro areas typically deliver faster.
  • Remote or rural locations may take longer.
  • Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Parcels can be tracked using the Australia Post tracking portal.

6. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs may apply.
  • If Australia Post leaves a card, your parcel may be held at your local Post Office for collection.

7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Email us at sales@alphaskins.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number
  • Photos of damage (if applicable)

We will investigate and assist with locating the parcel or lodging a claim with Australia Post.

8. Shipping During Promotions

From time to time, Alpha Skins may offer free or discounted shipping during special promotions or campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas Pre-Sale).

These offers will be clearly displayed on our website. Standard shipping rates apply when promotions are not active.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, peak seasons, extreme weather, or public holidays.
  • Once a parcel is handed to Australia Post, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
