New Colours, Jax Takes the Field with 360 Football Academy

A new lime-green kit and two wins made Sunday a memorable day for Jax and his 360 Football Academy teammates.

Playing at Canterbury College in Waterford on Sunday, 18 October 2026, the team won their first match 7–3, then followed it with a 3–0 victory. Ten goals across two games and a clean sheet to finish—a great day to watch from the sidelines.

Getting to Know 360 Football Academy

Based at Street RULZ Football in Tallebudgera, 360 Football Academy is led by former UK professional footballer and AFC Pro Diploma coach Craig Midgley.

In its introduction, the academy describes Craig as bringing more than 25 years of experience across professional football, academy leadership and youth development.

Its philosophy is “Developing players, developing people.” Training focuses on technical skills, game intelligence, speed and agility, position-specific development, confidence and mindset, with an emphasis on helping young players grow both on and off the field.

Continuing His Development with Sheldon Simpson

Jax continues to learn with Sheldon Simpson, who coached him at Academy 22 earlier this year and now coaches him at 360.

Sheldon’s LinkedIn profile lists him as U23s Head Coach and Technical Director at Palm Beach Soccer Club, as well as founder of Academy 22. He holds an FFA C Licence and spent time coaching in New York in 2024.

His coaching approach focuses on technical skills, game intelligence and helping young players develop a lasting love of football. For Jax, continuing with a familiar coach is part of this next chapter in his football journey.

Match Day in His New Kit

These photos capture a little of Sunday’s action: Jax preparing for a throw-in, then sending the ball back into play in his new 360 colours.

His lime-green jersey, white shorts and white socks give us a first look at his new match-day uniform, with his white Alpha Skins shin guards underneath.

Sharing these moments is what Jax’s Journey is about: following the young player behind our family brand as he trains, learns and enjoys his football.

From training at Tallebudgera to match days alongside his teammates, each experience adds another chapter. Sunday’s two wins made this one especially memorable.

Well done to Jax, his teammates and their coaches—we’re looking forward to seeing what comes next.
