How Jax Inspired Alpha Skins: A Round Robin Carnival Story

Alpha Skins is a family-run Australian brand with a simple aim: comfortable shin guards that young soccer players are happy to wear.

The idea came from Jax, a member of the Palm Beach Queensland Soccer Club (The Sharks), who was fed up with shin guards that slip, need straps or tape, and need constant adjusting.

The Round Robin Carnival

On 13 April 2025, the Under-9 Palm Beach Sharks played in a Round Robin Carnival at Kingscliff Soccer Club in NSW. The team won four of their five games, with a close 2-1 loss in their second match. Well done to Jax and the Sharks for their effort.

After the carnival, Jax gave each of his teammates a pair of Alpha Skins to celebrate their teamwork.
