🏆 Under 9s Finish Indoor Season in Style

Our Under 9 boys wrapped up their indoor soccer season in the best possible way on the weekend, taking out the Division 1 final after a hard-fought match at Tallebudgera Reboundland.

The team had a big lead-up to the final, coming off a dramatic 5–5 draw in the semi-final. Thanks to finishing on top of the ladder, the boys earned their place in the grand final — and they made it count.

In a fast, high-energy indoor match, the boys showed incredible teamwork and composure, securing a 2–1 win to claim the title. Jax stepped up when it mattered most, scoring both goals in the final and helping seal a well-deserved championship for the team.

What made this win extra special is that this group of boys has been together all year, building momentum across both outdoor and indoor seasons. Earlier in the year, the team claimed two outdoor grand final wins — first at the Palm Beach Annual Carnival, followed by another title at the Gold Coast United Annual Carnival — before taking on the 7-week indoor challenge. The commitment, improvement, and support they show for each other continues to be something we’re incredibly proud of.

The boys all wore their Alpha Skins washable, slip-on shin guards throughout the indoor season — perfect for fast indoor games, easy to pull on, comfortable, and straight into the wash after every match.
